Brandt Nicholson was formerly in private law practice with McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen in San Francisco and later served as General Counsel for United States Leasing International. Brandt later founded Fulcrum Leasing Corporation where he was involved in the tax-leveraged leasing of capital equipment. During the past fifteen years, Brandt has specialized in real estate tax planning for individuals. In 1991, he formed San Francisco Bay Exchange Services which facilitates exchanges throughout the United States. Brandt is a licensed real estate broker. |
